From discarded to cherished
Upcycled Fabric Sample Book Cushions
Each of my cushions is handmade from upcycled interior design fabric sample books — once destined for the landfill, now transformed into something beautiful and practical. These fabrics are high-quality designer textiles, featuring unique textures, patterns, and color combinations that you won’t find anywhere else.
Because I work with small sample pieces, no two cushions are ever the same — every one is a one-of-a-kind creation. The result is a collection that celebrates sustainability, craftsmanship, and creativity, giving new life to materials that tell their own story of design.
Perfect for adding a pop of color, texture, and eco-friendly charm to your home.
These cushions are crafted from upcycled fabrics and textiles sourced from interior design sample books, discontinued swatch collections, and leftover upholstery remnants. Each piece of fabric once served as a designer sample — high-quality material created to showcase color, texture, and pattern options for interiors.
When those collections are updated or replaced, the samples are often discarded. Instead of letting these beautiful textiles go to waste, I carefully salvage and rework them into unique cushion covers. Every fabric panel is selected, cut, and sewn by hand, making each cushion a one-of-a-kind item with its own history and character.
This process not only reduces textile waste but also celebrates the artistry of sustainable design — giving luxury materials a new life in your home.
