Combining embroidery and weaving techniques, Micanse Bordados & CO offers unique handmade embroideries. It is powered by the textile artist Miriam Candelas Serra, who comes from Spain but is based in Prague. Each piece is unique, carefully made using upcycled materials. She mainly uses jean or upholstery fabric scraps, second-hand threads and wood sheets leftovers. You will find wood and textile embroideries inspired by nature, but also feminist embroideries depicting inspiring women.
