I’m a 15years experienced French pastry chef, who travelled the world.

I lived 6years in Australia and New Zealand where I learnt new recipes that I never heard before.

Last year, I settled down in Prague and decided to introduce my recipes from the other side of the world.

All my desserts are homemade, from fresh and mainly Czech ingredients.
