1. The personal data protection of a registered supporter of the association Nové trhy, z.s. (further on ‚the association‘), IČ 05341418, Americká 8, Praha 2 - Vinohrady, 120 00, who is an individual (further on ‚the supporter‘), is guaranteed by the Czech law no. 101/2000 Sb. concerning personal data protection in its latest version.
2. The supporter agrees to the processing of the following personal data: name and surname, e-mail address (further on together as ‚the personal data‘).
3. The supporter agrees to the processing of the personal data by the association, and that for the purpose of sending information to the supporter and drawing of the supporters during the organisation of competitions.
4. The association may assign a third party to process the personal data as a processor. The association will not provide the personal data of the supporter to any third parties without having a prior consent from the supporter.
5. The personal data will be processed for an unlimited period. The personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated way or printed form in a non-automated way.
6. The supporter confirms that the personal data provided are accurate and that they were instructed about the fact that they are providing their personal data voluntarily.
7. In case the supporter thinks that the association or the processor is performing their personal data procession in a way that is in contradiction with the protection of the private and personal life of the supporter, or contradiction with the law, mainly if it is the case that the personal data are not accurate with respect to the purpose of their processing, they can require the association or the processor to provide an explanation, or require that the association or the processor amends the conditions such created.
8. If the supporter requires information concerning the processing of their personal data the association is bound to provide it. The association has the right to ask for reasonable reimbursement for the providing of information according to the previous sentence that will not exceed the expenses necessary for providing the information.
9. All and any processing and handling of the personal data of the customers follows the Czech law no. 101/2000 Sb., concerning personal data protection in its latest version and by other legal regulations valid in the territory of the Czech Republic. By their free decision, the supporter shows that they are aware of all of the facts mentioned above and that they agree to the processing of their personal data by the association. The providing of the personal data is voluntary, and the supporter has the right to access their personal data and they are entitled to the data protection as stated by the law. This approval may be withdrawn any time in written form. The association is the administrator and the processor of the personal data in the sense of the above-mentioned law. The association Nové trhy, z.s. is registered in the Register of administrators of the Office for Personal Data Protection under the registration number 00068196/001 with the date of registration 15th September 2016.
