Tamales Veracrezanos

The Veracruz tamales are typical snacks of Veracruz and all of Mexico. The combination of chicken meat, vegetables, cheese in banana leaves and the delicious sauce make their fame in jarocha kitchen distinctive.

Mixiotes

The Mixiote consists of a meat stew, normally chicken or lamb, with a chile sauce wrapped in a maguey leaf, it is believed that this dish originated south of the Mexican upland (State of Mexico, Tlaxcala, Puebla, Hidalgo and Querétaro).
