Nugae is an old latin word meaning 'stuff of little value'. It is connected to my childhood, when I used to dream of a world made of books, wood and all sort of handmade natural things. That's exactly the main criteria of the Poor Art, an art movement born and widespread in Italy in the '60: to use simple objects and messages in order to create something meaningful. My aim is to make decorations, accessories and clothes using natural and simple raw materials, for they remind me the purity and simplicity of my life.
So if you're attracted by the usual perfect and good looking things, please move on. But if my creations will spur your creativity as well, you are more than welcome in my world!
